I called the NBC to get an update on our I800A. The lady said that it is still NOT assigned to an adjudicator yet. I said, it's been 90 days. She said they are back logged. She said it won't be assigned to an adjucator for at least a couple more weeks.
Ok, who tells that to all the children waiting to come home?
